By enrolling in the Creative Genius Hut program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at our discretion.

Participation in the program is subject to availability and acceptance of our policies.

Program fee is 20,000 XAF (Registration: 5,000 XAF, Materials: 15,000 XAF).

All fees must be paid before the start of the program.

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date.

Late registration is subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Children must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.

Respectful behavior towards other participants and staff is required.

Parents must provide accurate emergency contact information.

Regular attendance and punctuality are expected.

We may photograph or record activities for promotional purposes.

By participating, you grant us permission to use these materials.

You may opt out of media coverage by submitting a written request.

We prioritize safety but are not liable for accidents during normal activities.

Parents must disclose any medical conditions or allergies.

Emergency medical care may be provided if needed.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of participants.

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon.

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or local courts.

Invalid terms will be severed while maintaining the validity of others.
